JSHS Alumni Update: Ian Fleming

JSHS Alumn Ian Fleming recently sent an update about how he has continued his STEM studies at the Montana State University in Bozeman.

“This year I was able to study more physics, and am happy to inform you that I received an internship this summer with Montana Space Grant Consortium. I am excited to continue further into the physics program at Montana State University, and am beginning to think about undergraduate research projects for my capstone.”

During the August 2017 solar eclipse, Ian was part of a team of students and mentors at Montana State who worked with NASA to monitor the solar eclipse. See more photos from this project and listen to Ian’s interview on KFSK radio on the KFSK website.
