Airline Reservations

The regional symposium director pre-registers the regional symposium delegation at least one week following the completion of the symposium. Through this pre-registration process, the National JSHS Office will coordinate airline and other reservations for the delegates to travel as a group.

Student delegates are reminded to communicate any potential attendance conflicts with the regional symposium director before the director pre-registers the group. Airline tickets will not be purchased until a student confirms their commitment to attend. The purchased airline tickets are non-refundable, penalty tickets. Special requests can be accommodated, but only if notified during the registration process. Please remember any last-minute ticket changes result in a financial loss to the JSHS Program and ultimately affect the number of students who can participate.

Students may view the status of their airline reservations and registration status by entering the "Student" registration section, National symposium. A reservation number for airline tickets will be posted here once the airline reservations are finalized. You can use this reservation code to view detailed flight itineraries and Orlando highlights at http://www.virtuallythere.com.

Adult guests may contact our travel agent to obtain discounted airfares. Additionally, adult guests may view the status of their airline reservations and registration status by entering the "Guest" registration section, National symposium. A reservation number for airline tickets will be posted here once the airline reservations are finalized. Airline Travel Security

All participants traveling by air and aged 18 or older must present a government-issued identification card at airport check-in.
