Participation Costs

Students' participation (i.e. travel, hotel, and meals) costs for symposium attendance are sponsored by the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force. A maximum of $50 - $100.00 in cash or traveler's checks is suggested for students' personal choices for additional meals, souvenirs, etc.

Participation costs for adult guests include:

Airfare

Room rate of $129 per night (single, double or triple room) -- subject to current tax of 13% ($145.77 total)

All meals from Wednesday dinner through Sunday continental breakfast (Total $334), or individual pricing as below. All pricing includes local and state sales tax, currently at 6%, plus 23% gratuity

Wednesday dinner and general session -- $48

Thursday - Breakfast and dinner/general session -- $66/day
(Adult guests (paying) will have the opportunity to do Thursday lunch "on own"

Friday (Student paper competition held)- Breakfast, lunch and dinner/general session - $98

Saturday - Breakfast and lunch only - $50

Saturday Banquet & Awards Ceremony - $54

Sunday - Continental breakfast - $18

Total all symposium meals (Wednesday dinner - Sunday continental breakfast) - $334
